What about the culture?

Our members are immigrants from the middle east and local Americans from the North Dallas area. It brings us great joy to know that the Jesus - who we gave our life to - in the middle east is the same Jesus who reigns here in North Dallas. He accepts our worship in English but still also accepts our worship in Arabic, just like He did in the middle east.

What about the language?

Arabic is spoken in all the Middle Eastern countries. The written Arabic is one and the same for all but the dialect is sometimes challenging to understand. If you come to visit us, you will probably meet several Church members with backgrounds from one of Arabic speaking countries.

What about the food?

Eating is major part of the Middle Eastern culture and also part of the Church culture. When you combine the Middle East with Church you can only imagine the quality and quantity of food that can come out. We have potluck fellowships often. There is nothing like fellowship where hummus, tabbouli, kafta, kibbi, and more food cooked from scratch on Sunday morning just before Church.
